Description:

Office Manager - Support the principal by performing daily tasks throughout the school, including making appointments and managing the principal's schedule. Act as a liaison between the students, parents and principal. Greet those who walk into the school office, answer phone calls, take messages and sort mail. Type and send out school documents, as required. Responsible for clerical work, including handling sensitive documents such as student records. Handle employee relations, such as fielding complaints, maintaining employee attendance reports and submitting substitute requests.
