Description:

Crossing Guards - Helps children cross streets safely at all times. Remind drivers of the presence of pedestrians. Serve as a role model helping children develop the skills necessary to cross streets safely at all times. Discourage children from behaving unsafely near traffic. Temporarily stop traffic as necessary to allow enough time for students to safely cross the street. Observe and report any incidents or conditions that present a potential safety hazard.
